Cancellation Policy
For cancellations please email us directly at higherassistance@gmail.com. Payments are non-refundable, but sessions are transferable and can be rescheduled or gifted to someone else. Please make an effort to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $35.00. You will not be able to reschedule until all fees are paid. Fees may be waived in reasonable circumstances. For Group calls we may elect to record the conversation with the intention of providing typed manuscripts for sale to attendees. Your specific question and identity will not be shared in these manuscripts. The recording of you will not be shared. By booking on this site you agree to these terms.
